Ring Size

Please determine your ring size before ordering your ring. Your local jeweler will be able to help you out with this (highly recommended), or you can search for guides online. This website can help you find your ring size.

If for any reason, the ring your ordered doesn’t fit, contact us. If we don’t have your size listed, please let us know.


SHIPPING

We ship flat-rate via USPS, for US & Canada. We currently do not ship internationally. Signature will not be required on delivery unless order total is for $400 or more. Shipping & taxes are included in the item price.

In-Store Pickup is available, but production time will be similar. Please let us know if you plan to pick up locally.

Almost all items are made-to-order, so please be conscientious of the wait time.

Once shipped, we are not responsible for lost packages. It is quite literally out of our hands. Please email us if your order is under $400 but you would still like the signature upon delivery option. We are not responsible for any customs fees or customs holding, which may occur when shipping outside of the US.


Returns

Online Returns

We stand by the quality of our work. Unless a mistake on our end was made, we only offer store credit. In either case, please contact us within 30 days (since delivery). Store credit can be applied to both custom and made-to-order jewelry.

Cancelling an Order

Please email us about a cancellation within 5 hours of placing your online order, otherwise we cannot guarantee production hasn't already started. You can email us after that, but we won’t be able to guarantee cancellation.

Exchanges

if you received our jewelry as a gift, but would like something different from the shop, please let us know if you would like to receive store credit or an exchange. Please provide the name of the original buyer & let us know within 30 days of delivery.

Repairs

For jewelry that we made that needs repairing, please email a photo and contact us. It is highly unusual for something we make to be damaged from normal wear and tear. Repairs are complimentary if this is the case, and we will send you a quote if it is otherwise. We also repair jewelry we didn’t make. If that’s something you are interested in, please contact us.
